How to Quickly Collapse All Groups in the Triage View of your Inbox

Following on from last week’s newsletter and tutorial on How to Expand and Collapse the ‘Group by’ View of the Inbox, this week I explain a shortcut on how to quickly Collapse All Groups.

It also shows how you can access this function no matter what tab or ribbon you are working with, reducing the number of clicks needed to declutter the view of your inbox.
