How to Quickly Add a New Contact from an Incoming Email
One of the under-valued and under-utilised parts of Outlook is the Contacts section. This should be your database of contacts and very few people nurture this and rely purely upon the Address book – the collection of email addresses that you have sent or replied to. How often have you wanted the phone number or physical address for a contact and don’t have that information at hand?
The Contacts section stores more than just email addresses and is in fact stores a quite comprehensive range of details. However, adding these details to your Contacts is a real chore and so most people don’t bother. Here’s a short tutorial on the quickest way to add someone to your list of Contacts.
