How to schedule multiple, asynchronous dates in your calendar

This is a great time saver when you have to schedule multiple dates in your calendar that don’t fit a recurrence pattern. I showed how to do this to a mature-age administrator in a local council during a one day workshop recently and when she saw what was possible she said “Oooh, I could kiss you!”.
