How to Auto Colour Private Meetings

There are times you may wish to make a meeting or appointment in you calendar as ‘Private’. This makes the contents of the meeting visible only to you (as the organiser), any attendees you invite (if it’s a meeting) and any individual who has permission to view private entries within your calendar (such as a Delegate).

Anyone else who has the ability to view your calendar will see the subject of the meeting listed as 'Private Appointment' with a padlock icon against the calendar entry. This video tutorial shows you how to automatically make these calendar appointments a specific colour.
