The 6 Steps of truly Effective Planning
These same 6 steps apply whether you’re planning a day, week, month or more. Most of us do the first 4 steps at a mental level but it’s better to write these out on paper.
Only a small percentage do Step #5 and an even smaller percentage do the 6th step (which is where the real power of planning lies).
Research shows we are 81 or 82% more likely to accomplish a task if it is in calendar compared to simply being on a task or to-do list.
