The Global Skills Matrix Survey 2025 is gathering vital data to update and strengthen the international framework that defines our profession, and Lucy is keen to ensure Australia’s voice is strongly represented.

First published in 2021, the Global Skills Matrix is the international framework that defines the skills, responsibilities, and career levels for administrative professionals worldwide.

The 2025 Global Skills Matrix Survey will update that data to reflect the realities of today’s profession, and we want to ensure Australia is fully represented.

Australia already has 123 responses, but there’s still time to add yours before the survey closes on 22 November 2025.

Let’s make sure Australia’s voice is heard in shaping the future of our profession.
