What the 30 days cover

  • Week 1 — Stabilise: take control of your own inbox. The Triage Operating System, WHEN/WHAT/WHERE, the 4D decisions, processing blocks and alerts in Outlook, and an audit of your executive's inbox.

  • Week 2 — Standardise: take the wheel. The Owner driver, Named driver and Chauffeured models, the "How we manage your inbox" conversation with your executive, your Authority Agreement and shared categories.

  • Week 3 — Leverage: from conduit to strategic partner. The Riverbank view, decision summaries your executive can answer in one word, and the daily huddle.

  • Week 4 — Embed: make it last. Travel and pressure plans, the Holiday Backlog, briefing a backup, re-signing your agreement and the Email Capability Pyramid.
